My social media campaign to heighten awareness before my book launches is going well.
Not as many retweets and shares as I’d hoped for, but occasionally someone not related to me will boost it. For instance my editor (Thanks, Jillian!) has retweeted a couple of posts. One longtime critique partner boosts every single post (Thanks, Toni!) And the publisher retweeted a post with the cute book trailer they created (500,000 followers right there).
So as I muddle through this social media promotional brave-new-world thing, I appreciate all those who are trying to help #Monkeys2 on their journey!
Next up? Creating the program I’ll be doing for readings and story times with preschoolers.
